Bad mistake,turn for worse...Re: Snuff Buffs

We dont live to far from each other willowley thats why I mentioned the weather.

So I decided to do a Liver-Flush yesterday. Sick or not I figured it didnt matter.I did the Liver-Flush no problem. But I was so tired,weak,sick I could just not get myself to do the CE. I had like three amazing bm's, so I figured no big deal...things were moving right on through.Plus I did LF's before I ever tried CE's and never had a problem.

So I had dinner (lunchtime LF), didnt eat much, couldnt really. I was watching a movie later in the evening and I got this overwhelming feeling that I wanted to puke! I also felt like I had a fever but my temp was very low.I HATE throwing up and will do everything to avoid it. I just rocked back and forth for hours. I went and had another great bm. I felt good when I was going and I thought that would fix it but as soon as I got up I doubled over in nauseousness :( I continued to rock back and forth for another two hours watching tv until i couldnt take it anymore. I went ot the toilet, stuck my finger down my throat and out came A LOT!!! I immediately felt better but it still took another hour before my body felt calm enough to sleep. meanwhile im still sneezing,blowing my brains out in tissues and have sinus pressure. I slept terrible.

This morning I just jumped right into my house work,taking care of my 3 yr old and new stray sick kitten. Finally around 11am I had some me time to juice, yum!!!!!!!!!!!

Ive known all this week exactly what I was suppose to do... FAST, or juice fast or MC. I KNOW it would make me get better soo much quicker but I just had no energy to do the work, kwim?
