Well im "sick" as well. I havent been sick in a long time as well. But I dont think im all that sick.... Our weather went from 80's and REALLY humid to overnight being 50 and REALLY,REALLY dry!!! My head just cannot adjust that quickly.The air is dry, then you add heat blowing out of your vents plus fires inside the house, thats some very dry air!!! It started with a sore throat,then sinus pressure,headache, ya know the whole bit.Yesterday I had some organic vegan soup and I added 4 cloves of fresh garlic and cayenne to the bowl. Immediately everything in my head was intense and throbbing(feeling better)but my stomach was not happy. I wanted to puke. I just went and crawled in bed. Everytime I had cayenne and garlic it made me feel better but only for that moment. I pulled out my humidifiers that I use every year and ran them all night. I woke up in the night and everything was starting to drain. The humidifiers are still running now, and im feeling better.

Ive had chronic sinus infections most of my life and years ago I had someone who was into "natural things" tell me to snort ACV and chlorophyll. So I did and it worked!! I was a very similiar feeling to the sniff. I was pace around staring at the mixture until I had the "balls" to do it. Finally, I would just do it.It would burn, then it would drip down to your throat and make you cough. You would also try to not blow your nose for a few minutes. Then you could just unload. After doing both sides about twice, you would feel amazingly better. But it has made me just shutter at the idea of snorting stuff.lol.I havent done it in a few years.
