Wow 3 pounds of Hawthorn Berries at one time.  You'll sure have plenty of that tincture.  I did Hawthorn Berry too but I used about a 1/2 pound and today when I macerated them and put them back in the jar I've got less than an inch of float so they did swell a lot!

I've learned a whole lot with my first tincture party lol. Next time I'll be able to judge better how much herbs to use per jar, if there is a next time lol since I've made so much of it.
