Re: Rapid Heart....I need help

A heart rate of 86 is not tachycardia, so I assume there are times where the heart rate goes up during rest? Also when it does race is the heart pounding or is it more rapid and weak? This is important since it can tell us if the adrenals are involved. Also have you checked your blood pressure when these tachycardia attacks occur? Does anything seem to set it off?

As for the molasses you are right that this is not good for diabetes. People also have to be careful with it if they are not losing iron through menstuation or some other means. Iron overload is very dangerous since it icreases oxidative destruction and can decrease circulation. This is especially a problem for diabetics since they already have impaired circualtion due to insulin vasocontriction.
