IAOMT or Huggins trained

Dentists should be trained in IAOMT protcols or Huggins trained.

IAOMT doesn't do sequential removal but you might be able to convince them.

If you go to Huggins website and order his client preparation and Huggins Recovery program, you can learn enough about it to intelligently select a dentist if there are no IAOMT professional in your area.
