I just watched "The Beautiful Truth" and this is prompting me to get my filling removed.
it was said that anyone who gets a filling removed at random 63% end up with an auto-immune disease at least 6 months later and i would prefer to find a homeopathic dentist to do this properly.
I believe that this is true. i just started Oil pulling recently and so far i like it actually.
i am not sure how to find the right dentist for me or one that will be covered under insurance maybe?

I had about 11 fillings changed over to composites.
That was over a year ago... and I have no problems.
I am in Australia, so I can't comment about insurance.
You should look for a "biological" dentist; one that uses precautions when extracting the mercury.

IAOMT doesn't do sequential removal but you might be able to convince them.
If you go to Huggins website and order his client preparation and Huggins Recovery program, you can learn enough about it to intelligently select a dentist if there are no IAOMT professional in your area.
