That is true DQ,
but the ANH (Alliance For Natural Health) will be instigating legal proceedings in the European Court of Justice (Europes Highest Court) if EFSA get their way, and their rulings are not based on sound scientific evidence (which they are not).

I predict that this will happen sooner or later in a landmark case.
