Pain and Blood after enema - Help

I did a coffee enema yesterday (approx 16 ounces liquid - 1 tbsp coffee boiled in 16 oz of water), followed by an ACV Enema (approx 16 ounces liquid - 16 ounces water and 2 tbsp of ACV). Anyway I couldn't get the ACV enema to fully expel and I began pushing really hard to try to get it to come out. Anyways, I now have some pain on the right side of my abdomen (approx one hands length up from the bottom of my pelvis) and have had blood in my stool. I saw a little blood yesterday in the white mucousy stuff I got out. Well, I got more mucousy stuff out today but there was more blood mixed in it. I don't want to have another BM in fear of hurting it more. Of course I am very concerned about the damage I have created. Has anyone experienced this? I don't want to go running to the doctor, but will if necessary. Any input is appreciated.
