I love cayenne pepper! I use it on most of my food - even grits for breakfast. My grandfather used to put Tabasco Sauce in his milk. I'm from New Orleans so I love spicy food. As big as Chef Paul Prudhomme (K-Pauls Restaurant)is he does not have high cholesterol due to the quantity of spice in his diet. When I boil shrimp I say if they don't make you cry I didn't put enough pepper in. Bad thing about being from New Orleans is it is HARD to fast.
