I've begun to notice a pattern with some of my
colonic clients and thought I'd pass the info along...some have 2-3 bowel movements a day...they maintain an impeccable diet, lots of water, exercise, regular cleansing etc. so it's no surprise that they have such good digestive functioning. But then there are those that are also having 2-3 good movements a day...and they're breaking all the rules....lots of junk food, little water, no exercise! The one thing that many of them have in common is that they eat a lot of hot, spicey food...hot sauce, hot peppers, cayenne, etc. Hot peppers do stimulate the metabolism and some of them help to break up mucus...like cayenne. If you're having trouble with constipation you might want to add some hot spice to your diet and see if that makes a difference!
Just don't ask me how much it takes...I have no idea...but if you break a sweat you're probably on the right track! ; )
