Re: ANXIETY!!!! I need Help!!!!!!!!!

I just want to commend all of these responses to anxiety. I have been getting anxiety and panic attacks for 7 years...slow uphill battle at times and had always related it to belief systems and 'mental' processes. I have been blessed with pretty good physical health (generally) with a lagging worrisome mind. It wasn't until I started reading all these forums that I saw and accepted the anxiety as related to cleansing actual physical matter (parasites, mucoid plaque, candida ect)although I try to make the mind/body/spirit connection in everything I do. So, thanks for the wholistic approach to dealing with anxiety while cleansing. Coincidently, I'm doing a Bowel Cleanse at the moment....and had a mini attack for the first time in 3 months. I also wanted to add to people with anxiety that it is important to not look at an attack as "another attack....I always get them....I suck...ect" and start to really accept small little changes in the frequency. Baby steps help to pull through those long minutes and be more accepting of actually moving forward. For whatever it's worth. Thanks Tweet
