Mucoid plaque can come out in ropes...also thick, sticky blobs...chunks of rubbery stuff...all sorts of forms and colors. White stuff could be mucus, parasites, old barium, pills....hard to say. Yep...you can get a huge quantity over time...I expelled it for several months during my first Colon Cleanse and wasn't using colonics at the time. Black, brown, green, gray are common...some also get amber. Tweet
