Are the new meds really that great?

please, someone who knows, tell me about the new HIV/AIDS medicines.

Some doctors are saying they are so good, and so tolerable, that life with AIDs is not so bad. I do not believe it.

Here is a link where Dr. Nancy Klimas says she would "rather have AIDs than Chronic-Fatigue-Syndrome [chronic fatigue]"
