Re: Severe insomnia or chronic fatigue syndrome? HELP!
You don't mention what your normal diet consists of and I don't see where you mentioned exercise. The human body was designed to work hard - if we don't, then the muscles, circulation, lymphatic system, etc., etc. cannot function the way they were intended to function, so I have several suggestions: Make sure your diet is made up of live, whole foods - no preservatives, no chemicals, no sugar, caffeine, etc. Then formulate some type of exercise program - I don't know enough about you or your health to make these recommendations, so you will have to research it a little bit - at the very least, start getting up and walking every day in the fresh air - remember to breathe deeply and take lots of fresh oxygen into your lungs. Also, putting a live green plant in your bedroom will help. Also, make sure you leave a window open at night in your bedroom - if it's too cold - get a down comforter and cuddle up - don't try to sleep in a stuffy room. Next - the other post which was placed in responce to yours offered some very good advice. We spend our days in synthetic clothing, syntheitc shoes, walking on synthetic floors, under syntheic lights - all of this combines to create alot of static electricity in our bodies. Have you ever heard the term, "I feel wired". Well, that can literally be true! If you will take your shoes off and shuffle your feet through the grass, it will help to ground you, so that you will feel calmer and more at peace. If you can't get your brain to shut off - I have found that writing down your thoughts will free your mind up to rest - it no longer feels the need to hang onto the thought. From this point, there are essential oils, herbal remedies, teas and other things which will help you to relax, but this is where I would start - Hope it helps - sweet dreams.
