Hi Cindy! That's great you want to start cleansing! The first thing you should do is click on 'recommended messages' above...read all you can! Go to the parasite Cleanse Forum and do the same thing. It's best to do a little reading first...because there are many many amazingly inspirational stories out there! yup, it totally works.
