Re: Quicky little ginger juice in liver flush question
>>>I've always blended fresh ginger into my
Liver Flush drinks and just spit out the pulp. No problem. But I thought this time I'd like to try
juicing the ginger juice to see if I like it better. In the regular Schulze big liver flush, how much ginger juice are you putting in there? Thanks...<<<
Yeppers,
Dr. Schulze says throw a piece of ginger root into the blender with the rest of the liver-cleanse morning drink - but the pulp (to me) is just "too much" (especially after the first couple of days). And straining it out is a pain...hence, "ginger juice to the rescue".
I can't imagine any amount of ginger juice (that's palatable) being "too much". When I do a big flush, I generally add 2-3 tablespoons of ginger juice to the 1/2-2/3 cup of olive oil (you have to use a fork or a small whisk to get it to emulsify). Then I drink the oil/ginger mix (with a straw), and chase it with the lemon or grapefruit juice.
I haven't done the 5-day 'drink' for years...when I did, I added a thumb-sized hunk of ginger root (or bigger). It was VERY "pulpy". Now? I'd add at least 2T of ginger juice - ESPECIALLY on days 3-5.
Blessings,
Unyquity
