Re: B12 shot

Once I did a liverflush before an doctor's appointment not realizing you should do the flush afterwards instead.
All my readings were off and did not have B12.
I let them give me a shot while I was there and had to come back every week, but I did not want more shots.

I used B12 afterwards and posted on the forum. Here is the answer at the lower part of the post.
