Taking medications while doing cleanses

Hi,
I've recently collected all the ingredients I think I'll need to start the series of cleanses recommended... Bowel (BP shakes), parasite (Clarkia & CQ-10), kidney (watermellon or Celery seed)and liver (olive oil and Epsom Salts ). I've read Dr. Clark's book and ran out of printer paper and ink, printing posts.

I read in Dr. Clark's book that it's okay to stay on the prescription meds we may be taking for our ailments while doing her protocol.

I'm on Nexium for reflux, Zertec for allergies, Muscle relaxants and Minocycline for lupus. Except for the Nexium, I have to take the rest an hour before bedtime. I'm not supposed to eat or drink anything except water for 2 hours before or after those meds.

I'm planing on doing the PB shakes in the A.M. and an hour before dinner (sound right?)

I already have pretty bad Herxes (die-off) reactions from the Minocycline I take for the lupus. (Lupies on minocycline take Benadryl for these herxes.)I'm hoping I won't make these worse than they already are. I ordered ornithine and arginine to hopefully offset that.

Before I start this new adventure, I'm wondering if anyone has any experiences or recommendations they'd like to share about taking meds while doing any of these cleanses?
