Re: Scary symptoms...looking for answers.

I have the same story. Different Victim. I too had heart palps, sweating, anxiety etc.... I actually hit the floor. Passed out cold and the next day had mine removed. Told the Doc. that I thought I was experiencing symptoms of menopause, (very similar) but she said I wouldn't have them if I had the IUD. Soooo. Out it came. Wow what a coincidence. No more heart palps, no more sweats, no more fainting, lost 20 lbs. better skin, hair. No insomnia. I now sleep 6-7 hrs. a night. Wow. What a difference. I think removing this damn device was one of the best decisions I have ever made in my life. I know we all have a story to tell and we need to get the word out there stronger than just here on cure zone. I know so many are suffering and don't know why. It kills me to think all these women are having such a hard time and their Docs. keep dismissing the IUD to be the cause. WTF??? I can't wait to see a class action lawsuit advertised on T.V. I will be the first to jump on the band wagon. I lost 6 years of my life and marriage happiness because of this thing and now my husband is gone and I can't go back. We struggled with a lot while I had the mirena, (marital issues, financial issues because of medical bills from multiple tests and many more things that developed because of this. I had it removed in April and my husband died in June, but The week prior to him dying, he said to me that I was a totally different person compared to how I was with mirena and we haden't gotten along this good in years. Even the sex part was better. I had almost completely lost my sex drive while on mirena either due to the drug or lack of sleep. (3hrs a night) ugh... And now he is gone. Glad we at least had 2 months of happiness, but I feel robbed of 6 years of good health, my marriage and motherhood to my boys.
