Yep...the cleanse not only clears out old waste and toxins...it also improves digestive functioning enabling you to absorb nutrients better and the high fiber provides bulk that improves peristalsis and strengthens bowel tone. Be patient...you may not see mucoid plaque for several weeks...I didn't see any for two months on my first Colon Cleanse years ago! As long as you are having regular eliminations...you're on your way!
