You mean, just start eating yogurt? Does it need to be plain, or can it be the fruity kind? If it needs to be plain, can I mix my own fruit in with it? and/or maybe some Kashi cereal? How much yogurt to eat each day?
Lastly, what suggestion do you have for the bottle(s) of Primal Defense that I already bought? Would it be beneficial to use it at a fairly high dose for, say, 30 days? I believe the instructions say to start w/1 per day for a few days, then graduate up to 2 then 3, etc. up to 6/day. I could space that out so that the bottle would last 30 days, then be done with it, and go to yogurt every day, ad infinitum...
What do you think? Am I wasting my money? I guess I could return the unopened bottle, if you think it's not necessary. I was thinking about a "jump start" to the bacteria rebuilding after all the cleansing I've done lately.
