Desperate, may go to hospital, please help

Folks, I am seriously backed up and my hubby is talking about taking me to the hospital. I've tried everything that I've seen suggested here and nothing moves. I've done the fiber, fiber, fiber, the gallons of water, the Sea Salt /water quart this a.m., the bowel massage, the stool to raise my feet, the B&P, am currently doing the parasite cleanse, but what good is that if nothing can get out........in other words, I am desperate. I will have to take something like dynamite. The only thing the Sea Salt drink did was swell my hands and feet. I must have a kink in my bowels. My head is throbbing. What can I do now besides some kind of laxative. It has to happen soon. I read on another site that John Wayne had 40 lbs of poop in him when he died and Elvis had 60 lbs.
