It's not really advised for all the reasons everyone mentioned.
I had extreme liver problems that are now resolved, you might want to check out this post.

I'd start with a Humaworm or Barefoot parasite cleanse and (classic Hulda Clark ) liver flushing, eat whole non-processed foods (including raw eggs), and try new things from there.
