For me, I think the key is if I'm going to have psyllium in my drink then I need to follow up with an extra glass or 2 of water right away. I fail to do that. I am pro-flax because of the benefits for women; reducing the chances of breast cancer, and it's a good source of omega 3. I just read Dr. Mercola's opinion (http://www.mercola.com) and he suggests to combine that with pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and sesame seeds...
I am using a Renew Product for my parasite cleanse: paraGONE, so far so good. We'll see how it goes.
