Thanks for the response.
I appreciate your knowledge.
There is so much to learn here, and I get excited when I learn to do something new.
My bowels are moving along just fine thanks, no constipation whatsover, I just wish the plaque would make its way out of me.
My biggest problem during the first day of a flush is the headache I get. Maybe the coffee enema helped with that today because it is only a very dull ache.
The headaches are always the worst thing to get through.
Drinking the Epsom Salts or the olive oil aren't a problem, just the painful headaches until the next day when my stones start flushing.
Does anyone else have the same headaches?
Will post my results after my flush tomorrow.
