Re: A Few Questions on Enemas & B & P Shakes
Hi Marg!
Sounds like you are doing great! When I did the B&P shakes, I never saw anything like other posters described. But I knew I was doing a good thing for my body, so I continued. I might add that I had done several other
Colon Cleanses prior to the B&P shakes and I had gotten gunk out, but never any of the remarkable ropes people talk about. Darn it!!
You know, it may just take you a little longer to see results. Don't give up. I can't see why it would be wrong to mix it with juice. Just make sure you drink enough water. That is very important. Not drinking enough water will cause a backup in your system.
The
coffee enemas are great to detox your system. You know, they were discovered by accident. A nurse in WWI had no pain medication to give the wounded soldiers and all she had was coffe, so she poured it in an enema bag, gave it to the solders and it helped their pain! It's a great enema. But don't overlook all the other wonderful enemas you can do. I think the enema forum is a sadly neglected forum that we should post on more often. A lot of health benefits can be gotten from enemas. (There is the
Epsom Salt and baking soda,
Black-Walnut tincture enema to name a couple.)
Good luck on your
Liver Flush tonight! Unless you just want to do a
coffee enema today, wait and do one tomorrow. The same is true with the B&P shakes. I am so excited for you!! Be sure and post your results tomorrow!
