I know you can feel pretty bad if you are used to eating very balanced and then eat something fattening, the other day when I went out to eat with my husband, he wanted to eat fast food, I ate a steak sandwich and fries, and Oh Boy did that ever bother me for at least 10 or more hours. I've learned my lessons and will never do that again.
But then did I learn from it?
today I ate 3 slices of homemade white bread (I never eat white and only little whole wheat, but I told myself this was a treat ,I made them with egg salade, they tasted soooo good, but I'm not feeling too good now, hopefully I didn't plug myself up with all that bread!
