I heard that wearing a terminator type zapper 24/7 for months can cure AIDS. I got a leaflet when I bought my Silverado zapper saying a man in Africa had done this. Apparantly the Silverado was the one used.
I can't find the leaflet so I don't know if he was tested HIV negative

I'd rather use that than ingest dangerous chemicals and I don't believe a word Jim Humble says either
