I am sorry that you are having these issues. I sometimes will get swollen underarms too, and I think for me, it has to do with an autoimmune reaction that the Mirena caused. It started probably about 4 months after getting Mirena, and it doesn't happen very often now. I also have the Candida thing. What are you taking for that?
