drink plenty of water and put the Lugols in that. just a couple of drops in four ounces of water and drink. do this all day long and drink only that. that would be your 8 8oz glasses a day divided in half to sixteen. the idea is to keep some Iodine in serum all day. one of those shots every hour should do it.

candida is such a bug to get rid of. i was lucky and drank CS like crazy for 3 months and knocked it down. if you have Amalgams in your mouth it will lie in wait for opportunities to bloom again and never really go away completely. its been three years since my Amalgams were all gone and i feel great.
