iodine protocol to kill e-coli and candida please.

I have had the 'swine flu' and a bad bladder infection. I had to have strong Antibiotics as I was very ill with the fever and chills for about 10 days. Lab results showed that a type of e-coli was responsible for the bladder infection. Would you guys please be kind enough to give me amounts of Iodine to take [I have Lugol's Sol]to clear it up, as I still have some residual soreness in the end of the uretha when I pee.
The anti-biotics have brought back the candida in my gut and I don't want to go to the Dr and get more. Thank you. Deotima.
