Colon Cleanse, Detox question

Hi Everyone,
I ultimately want to do Liver Flushes but I'm not getting past the colon cleansing phase. I've tried P&B shakes and they back me up big time. I understand that it is very important to do colon cleansing before any serious Liver Flushes and have been trying to do something about it for few months now without any progress.
I read about Dr. Schultz's Colon Cleanse and thought that should be a good starting point for me and unfortunately i develop loose stools, cramps etc. with one cap (thats the minimum) so don't know how can I even start to IF#2. Now, I stopped taking IF#1 when one of the members recommended that I should skip IF#1 and go to IF#2 and now I'm constipated. I'm so confused.
I think I've candida and live congestion/stones and don't know how can I address that if I don't do colon cleansing first.
