Look into transdermal magnesium. I've been experiencing some positive results for my hyperpigmentation with this. I'm 53 and I've only been using this stuff for about 3 weeks. It's really expensive when you get it from
Ancient Minerals, but you can make your own with Nigari flakes, which you can find the recipe googling here on CZ. Magnesium is amazing when you read both allopathic and alternative documents. You can also bathe in the magnesium, and it's more absorbable than the sulfate ( Epsom Salts ). I would add a healthy dose of H202 to your bath too.

I have stopped doing liver flushes. I did come to CZ years ago because of Moritz, and I have to say that was the beginning of my journey. I did feel better after flushes but felt they were too hard on my body. So now I just put bitters on the back of my tongue to stimulate the Vagus nerve and cause my liver to produce bile. This seems to be working like a charm. I go this morning and night.

I too had chronic constipation for years and years (no matter what I ate). I finally corrected that with Oxypowder , which I use sporatically (only when I have not gone for one day). It's also magnesium based and works like a charm and works every time.
