what kind of mag. do you take? I've been using Natural Calm, the stuff that fizzes in water, calcium citrate I think, not sure if it's the best choice.
I am currently trying to figure out a daily foot cramping thing, I originally thought it was cal/mag deficiency, one or both because a good food based supplement seemed to help at first. Now I'm thinking it's maybe either circulation or pinched nerve type of thing from my sacrum/low back (I sit a lot for work), but I haven't ruled out some time of mineral imbalance. I started adding potassium to the mix in case that was it. We use the Concentrace sea minerals in water, also, but it's those macro minerals I'm not sure I'm absorbing.
