Re: Mirena side effects - psoriatic arthritis?

I had similar migrating pain after getting the Mirena. It affected my feet, knees, groin, hips, shoulders, elbows, jaw, hands, fingers, and wrists. Sometimes in the smaller joints of my feet, hands, and wrists, swelling, and redness accompanied it. It was extremely painful. Seven months post removal, I'm almost 100% better. It was a very gradual recovery with occasional severe flare ups. It probably took around 5 months post removal for me to be certain I was making a recovery. I wish you a speedy recovery and am very happy to hear you had the evil device removed. I'll be very interested to know how you're doing so please keep in touch.
