How will I know when I'm candida free?
I started a Candida cleanse exactly 25 days ago and in that time I've been eating only organic meats consisting of ground beef, ground turkey, chillean sea bass, and shrimp. (ordered based on quanitity of ingestion).
I've been ingesting a lot of 95% steviosides with Lemon and lime juice (is this a no no? I cut it out yesterday because I was paranoid about eating too much lemon juice and stevia).
I'm also on day 16 of the Colonix program. I've been ingesting about 1 whole raw garlic a day with my meals, 1.5 organic red onions which are about half cooked, 2-3 soft boiled eggs a day, and for supplementation I've been taking
Vitamin C, a plethora of B vitamins, Olive leaf, astragalus, various probiotics, digestive enzymes, fish oil, EPO, NAC, 7keto DHEA, and saw palmetto.
Does anything jump out as wrong? Before I started this diet I had a yeast infection (I'm a male) which was the last proof to me that it was candida. I always fail the spit test miserably and have for probably the past 10 years of my life, I had severe apathy and mild
Depression mixed with a lot of stress before i started this diet. The reason I started the diet is because I realized that while I eat fairly healthily and don't eat too much
Sugar or junkfood, I still used to eat it regularly but even worse I craved it really badly. The first week of the diet was horrible, I would fall asleep dreaming of cupcakes and sugars and then I'd give in and eat them in my dream and wake up in a cold sweat. It's week 4 now and whenever I sit down and really just listen to my body, I realize I am craving pancakes and other delicious food that I'm not supposed to have. Of course this happens mostly when I'm lonely and depressed, so I was wondering if it's jsut an emotional response?
Anyway do you guys see anything blatantly wrong with my diet? I've been eating organic greens (mostly raw baby spinach) with celtic salt and pepper. I've been adding organic cayenne pepper to pretty much everything I eat and I've been ingesting about 50g of quinoa a day. Any comments or recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Also today I started using my blood electrification device as well as the magnetic pulser. I am also considering getting IV Ozone therapy done to be safe.
My main symptoms are lethargy, depression, positive spit test, male yeast infection, constant anal itch, I've had bouts of
Psoriasis or eczema which aren't serious but seemed to come randomly, I haven't had any since I started eating relatively healthily (which was a month before the candida diet), I have toe nail fungus in one nail that has been there for 4 years (it's very very minor and it occursed because in China I fell on a dirty step and demolished my toe, it grew back funnny and I never thought twice about it until recently when I realized its' toe nail fungus).

Large quantities of organic lemons/limes?
What about bragg apple cider vinegar with the mother?
