Why not the powdered? I bought the Liquid bentonite/powdered psyllium before I read your post as I have done these cleanse long before but I remember who icky they where. I gagged trying to drink the mixture in the morning as I am nauseaous about every morning which doesnt make it easy.
Just curious why are the clay baths not as effective. What if you have a lot of heavy metals? Can they be removed through the gut. Does the pull of the Bentonite taken internally remove metals from brain, etc etc...
Just curious why you say its not as effective?
Thanks so much for your help. No Mucoid Plaque yet in fact still kinda loosely formed light colored stools. I guess I will take another shake this evening.
