losing heart,not going well.

Hi everyone,
I am cold,frustrated, and without bms...
I don't know if I can go on. I did another salt flushy and ...feh..
nothing still. I put my son to bed and fell asleep but when I woke up like an hour later I feel quite dehydrated. I don't understand this because I drank a ton of water in the last three hours. I didn't even get more than two 'shakes' in me. I have alot of respect for you guys but I don't know if I have it in me (so to speak for it certainly isn't comming out of me) I never pictured it would go this way since I never (well mostly) have trouble going poo. I also started to feel quite nauseous after about an hour into the salt flush. If anyone has any pearls of wisdom, I could sure use them now, otherwise I fear tomorrow may be day one of ending the fast...
