What is wrong with my kidneys - smell???

Hi,

I'm thinking of doing the Andreas Moritz cleanse soon. I'm going to do a parasite cleanse, Colon Cleanse then liver cleanse in that order (I think this is correct) I have adrenal fatigue and blood Sugar problems along with candida. I'm feeding my body a lot of protein to keep my Sugar levels steady.

Even before I started this high protein diet I'd had smelly urine, sometimes smelling like vomit even. What is this?? I sometimes have difficulty having a steady stream, I also occassionally have shooting pains in my lower back but have been told this could be my adrenals. I have increased my salt to assist my adrenals. The other thing is I have gout, I hear that kidney stones and gout can both be connected to uric acid build up. Will doing a parasite cleanse make things worse, shall I just get on with the kidney cleanse first. I should also mention I have a sort of white spot underneath my right eye, this has come in the last year.
