I sprout a lot of sunflower greens and some buckwheat during the warmer months here in central Illinois.I can relate to the poor taste and versatility of grass.I have some pics. of my sproutings in the Image Gallery in the photos section under grassmans sprouts.Today the apples grapes and honey are in season locally.Harvest time is glorious but winter is close at hand.Be well.
