hi, I've just been diagnosed with scoliosis...nothing too major but i have a lot of back pain and bad posture so will be starting pilates asap. I'm just wondering why there isn't any info on the use of pilates here? I thought it was well known that it does wonders for back pain in general and helps considerably with scoliosis. please correct me if I've missed something!
there is a well know tv personality in the UK and she has severe scoliosis...she manages it with a clean diet and daily pilates.
