I have been doing a mixture of Pilates, yoga and stretching, along with copper supplementation and regular visits to the chiropractor. The results I am getting are amazing, I thought I would never be able regain a good posture. Now I wake up with my back feeling great 3 days out of the week. I have only been taking the copper supplement for about 3 months, and going to the chiropractor for 2 months. I have done yoga and Pilates for many years and it helped with back pain, but I never got results like I am having now. Toxins should definitely be taken into consideration as well, because they will create undesirable tension. I have been detoxing regularly for several years now as well.
