sounds great, I'll try the raw honey. I'm not raw vegan, but I do a lot of raw and for the most part trying to follow the SCD diet with no grain, no potatoes, starchy beans, and very particular about sweeteners. On that diet, honey is actually the only one allowed, something about the molecular structure of the sugars. I use stevia also. I know agave is really popular right now and seems to be the sweetener of choice in most raw recipes I'm seeing right now. My husband likes it, and I'm not a big chocolate lover like he is, so I make this type of thing mostly for him and to pass around.
