Yes, I agree, it's really hard to overeat raw sweets. (I think one of the reasons why people overeat standard sweet things is because milk and processed sugar is addictive.)
I make something similar, but without the nuts. I add raw honey instead of the agarve. I find that it's the agarve that makes it a little runnier and slower to set. I found this out when I tried to make a batch of raw choccies mixed with goji berries ... they were really sticky, because I'd put too much agarve in my mix. I find using raw honey a much nicer end result.
