Please Help me understand my Stool test results!!

My name is Rachel and I am 27 years old.

i am in terrible abdominal pain after i eat and i am getting bloated just by eating a little bitor even drinking water!!

I also have constant mucus in my throat and it feels like hard mucus and it always happens after i eat.

I had a stool test from Metametrix lab in july saying i had yeast and a parasite.


Please help me interpret my Diagnos-tech Stool Gi test.
Also, did saliva test.
