Coffee, Green Tea, Nausea
OK, I feel nausea right now. I am giving up the 4 to 6 cups of coffee I used to drink every morning, with a teaspoon of sugar and cream in each. I did have "one" cup of coffee yesterday, but started with the Green Tea after.
I have had my eight ounces of HU-MANA-TEA this morning, followed by one cup of green tea, which I am still drinking, and I am feeling nausea now.
I was talking with a dear friend that is very perceptive/psychic and he told me that my system is "highly" acidic. Well, the coffee, along with the other poor eating habits (too many sugars and yeasty foods) I have had, would certainly make it so.
I had a suspicion, for some time now, that the amount of coffee I was drinking first thing in the morning was NOT good for my intestines.
I truly am wondering if the coffee and cream and sugar, which I always drink immediately after my HU-MANA-TEA might have been covering the effect of nausea.
I can't be sure yet, so I will drive on and see what happens.
I tried to switch to Green Tea a few years ago and it also then made me feel nausea, when taken on an emty stomach. It made me feel like I wanted to vomit, kind of like I am feeling right now.
So, I am not sure what to do, as regards the Hu-MANA-TEA dosing right now.
Perhaps I should begin drinking it, followed only by water in the morning, just to be sure.
One thing is sure, I feel, and that is that I did need to eliminate coffee from my diet!
