I would use the undecenoic acid instead of amy medication that is designed to kill candida as this increases antifungal resistant strains. The undecenoic acid is a simple fatty acid that is absorbed within the cell wall membrane to affect a change in the form of the candida. Additionally, terbinafine is toxic to the body's tissues, especially the liver.
Resolving the fungal imbalance in the right way, should help to restore normal tissue flora throughout the intestinal tract.
Since fungal candida creates toxicity throughout the body, I think that you'll find all of those symptoms related to candida toxicity in some way. I'm not sure about the eye swelling, but I've seen everything else related to fungal candida.
