Re: My symptoms of Candida?
A long message with important information is better than a short one with very little information.
Candida in its fungal form can create a lot of systemic toxicity due to its rapid growth rate and interference with cellular function. As the lymphatic system is responsible for draining toxins from the tissues, you would expect to find the lymphatic system overloaded.
Since the introduction of antibiotics in the late 1940s, fungal candida has been associated with many organ, tissue, and system symptoms and conditions. If you're taking terbinafine as a topical antifungal, the undecenoic acid would probably work better without any of the associated toxicity that goes with terbinefine.
When you do a candida detox, it's important to be managing the elimination of excess candida from the tissues. I would recommend following the protocol of the McCombs Plan -
http://www.mccombsplan.com.
The timing of of everything is just as important as the program itself. On the McCombs Plan, we have people do 6 sweating sessions each week via hot bath, sauna, steam room, or jacuzzi. Exercise sweating doesn't count. iT's also important to keep the bowels moving. Textbook physiology states that 3-4 bowel movements a day is normal. Most people do much less which is a sign of dysfunction.
Taking substances that kill candida can cause resistance of the candida to that substance. This most commonly happens with medications, and is well documented in many studies.
Let me know if you have any questions.
