You can usually pick up neem soap at a health food store and definately at an Indian grocery store. I finally cleared up a stubborn but small ringworm rash on my daughter's back using the neem soap and then applying oregano oil to it afterwards twice a day. Once we started using the neem soap and oregano oil within 2 days it was obvious that what we were doing was working.
