I'm so happy to hear this testimony Vernal, thank you for sharing. It is uplifting for all of us to hear of a victory on the healing path.

I'm so glad you brought up the emotional aspect of healing, it is so often ignored and shouldn't be.  

We human beings have the ability to create reality and your testimony just proves that point.  When you realized you weren't ready to do what you knew you had to do in order to start healing, instead of giving up you went back to the drawing board and got prepared or you could say you got your emotions under control. 

We are NOT just our physical body, we are body/soul/spirit and as spiritual beings we carry much power.  We can manifest reality, you did that for yourself because your doctor within knew you needed to do this juice fast.  We are so much more than just our physical bodies, but most times our bodies win out over our spirit by demanding we continue with what made us sick to start with.  We need to reach a balance and put our bodies to work for us instead of against us and in this instance you did just that.

All I can add to what everybody else has said is WAY TO GO Vernal and you are FANTASTIC!
